A pair of sexy selfies; busy afternoon in store for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

As a rule, selfies don’t interest me, but I’ll sometimes run across a few I find worthy of sharing with you guys, and the two I am posting here this morning fall into that category.

Have a look at our friend to the left here. Yeah, he needs to put away the clean laundry his mom left on the bed, but he’s so cute. 😉

Last night, I dined on fresh salmon while watching a little MSNBC. Afterward, I sat on my back porch and listened to my patio fountain gurgle. It was so pretty out there I hated to come inside, but I finally did. I hit the bed early because I was tired, due to the DST change.

I slept in late this morning, and now I have a whole lot of things to do with the rest of my day. Friends from Europe will be arriving Friday to stay in my vacation rental next door, and I need to get the place ready for them–out fresh linens on the beds, clean the toilet and sink, and otherwise make things nice for them. Then I need to run errands–wine market, bank, City Hall for parking passes, and the hardware store. When I get home, I have a stack of correspondence I’ll tend to, and I also want to attempt a two-mile run, here on the island, my first in nearly a month. I screwed up my knees during a visit to my fishing camp, and it took a long time for them to settle down.

I don’t have a damned thing planned for this evening, as I’m still adjusting to the time change and tend to get weary early in the evening. Have a nice Tuesday, everyone And keep on smiling, it’s important. 🙂
