Hot boys and their cameras; easy Thursday in store for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

While I am not a huge fan of bathroom selfies, especially ones featuring hair care products, once in a while I come across a couple of them I find irresistible. The ones I have posted here this morning are among them. I mean, who’d pass up a date with the guy to the left here? No me. πŸ˜‰

I took it easy last night, trying the recover from whatever 24-hour bug that plagued me Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. I watched part of the World Series game 7, but went to bed before the game ended. I slept until ten this morning, and woke up feeling pretty good. πŸ™‚

Now, have a look at the guy to the left here. Isn’t he sexy? Before Tumblr banned all X-rated content from peoples’ pages, I was able to access some amazing photos of this guy butt naked and showing off his…equipment. Alas, this is the only photo I have of him, but I do like it. I love his bushy hair, smooth skin and lean body. Definitely boyfriend material. πŸ™‚

I don’t have much on my plate today, as I finished reviewing my editor’s revisions to my soon-to-be-published novel, and returned the manuscript to the publisher yesterday. I have a doctor’s appointment around two this afternoon. I’ll run a few errands afterward. Around 5:30 PM, I will drive into the city to spend the evening with my oldest friend. We’ll drink a few beers and then we’ll dine on takeout for our dinner. I’m usually home by nine or so, and I suspect I will be ready for bed pretty soon after that.

Have a nice Thursday, friends. πŸ™‚

Another sexy blond guy; Martin’s feeling better now ….

Hi, friends and readers:

Since today’s theme on my site is beautiful blond guys, I decided to put up the photo to the left for your viewing pleasure. He’s cute isn’t he? And he doesn’t look the least bit innocent about the ways of the world. πŸ˜‰

Well, I spent a quiet day at home, trying not to over-exert myself while I’m recovering from the 24-hour bug I came down with yesterday. I did get a few things done: took care of correspondence and made phone calls, got my duvet back in its cover after washing the cover (not an easy task), and lubricating the door lock at my vacation rental next door, but that’s about it. I did some reading and solved the N.Y. Times crossword puzzle, and also the L.A. Times puzzle. So, I wasn’t entirely idle.

I am feeling much better now, but I’m still a bit fatigued. I ran down to the seafood market to buy fresh salmon for my dinner, and I’ll watch game 7 of the World Series tonight.

Have a great Wednesday evening, friends.

Beautiful blond guys; Martin’s recovering from a 24-hour bug ….

Hi, friends and readers:

My tastes in men to to guys with dark hair and eyes, and fair skin. That’s my thing. But I can certainly appreciate the beauty of blond men, especially when they’re as cute as our friend to the left here–great skin and hair, and pretty blue eyes. I wonder if he has a boyfriend?

Well, yesterday afternoon, right after lunch, I started coughing like crazy. Then I got the chills and had to put on warm clothing. I had to turn up my a/c thermostat too. I ended up climbing into bed with a book around three PM, and only got up a few times to get something to drink or use the bathroom. I had zero energy to do anything. Anyway, I slept twelve hours last night, after watching some of the World Series.

This morning, I felt much better. My cough is gone and my joints aren’t achy, but I still feel listless and I don’t have much energy to do anything besides read. I will spend my day in the house. I have a few simple chores to perform like watering houseplants, but that’s all I will do.

By the way, do you find Mr. Wavy Hair to the left here as appealing as I do? What a sexy guy. I love the way his boardshorts ride so low on his hips, but I wonder why he’s wearing an ace bandage on his right hand. Skateboarding accident?

Anyway, it’ll be an uneventful day for me. I’ll only leave the house to buy fresh salmon at our neighborhood market, and then I’ll come right back home. I will probably watch game 7 of the World Series tonight, and then it’ll be an early bedtime for Martin.

Have a great Wednesday, everyone.

Shirtless and sexy; steamy morning on the island ….

Hi, friends and readers:

I have said this way too many times, but will say it again. Certain guys should almost never wear a shirt, and the young men in today’s photo posts are a perfect example of what I am saying. I mean, have a look at Mr. Sexy to the left here. He has beautiful skin and just the right amount of muscle on his sleek frame. If he were my boyfriend, he’d always be shirtless at home, no exceptions.

I’ve had a busy morning. I had a dental appointment for a cleaning at ten AM. Then I ran a few errands on the way home–pharmacy, post office and supermarket.

It’s terribly hot and humid outside, way too muggy for late October. I mean, this is getting ridiculous. Ten years ago, our temperatures would have been in the mid-80s, but today our high will be ninety degrees F. Global warming is real, friends.

Oh, here’s another guy who should never wear a shirt. No, he doesn’t have as much muscle on his frame as the guy in the upper photo, but I like slender anyways. I love the way he was posed for the photo, and the way he’s showing us the waistband of his undies. Perfect.

I don’t have a lot on my plate for the rest of the day, but I will stay busy. I have a little yard work to perform and correspondence to take care of. I need to shop online for a new bed mattress for my vacation rental, and I have some light housework to do.

Tonight, one of my oldest friends, who lives in a waterfront home ten miles north of me, is hosting me for dinner and to watch the World Series game 6. I always enjoy his hospitality and his comfortable home. So it’ll be a good evening.

Have a nice Tuesday, everyone, and keep smiling, it’s important. πŸ™‚

Another beautiful guy in a hoodie; quiet night in store for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

If you like guys wearing hoodies, I know you’ll like the photo I have posted here to the left. He is so beautiful–his spooky gray eyes, glacial teeth, and a tongue that looks like he could do amazing things with it. Imagine kissing him and rubbing your chin whiskers against his while your tongue duels with his. πŸ˜‰

Well, I have to say my YMCA workout and lap-swimming session were kind of brutal. I had not been there in ten days, and my muscles and joints were not prepared for what I dealt them. But I got through it all, and now I’m savoring a cold beer while my Advil tablets creep into my body. πŸ™‚

I’m spending a quiet night at home by myself, listening to music, dining on leftover pizza, and watching the remainder of a Netfix rental I need to finish. It’ll be an early bedtime for me this evening, as I have an early dental appointment tomorrow morning.

Have a nice Monday night, friends. πŸ™‚

Cute guys in hoodies; easy Monday in store for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

Here in central Florida, it never gets too cold, not since climate change arrived about fifteen years ago. So, we don’t need to own heavy jackets, and the most popular cool weather item is a hoodie. It provides just the right amount of warmth without feeling heavy or bulky, and hoodies are not expensive. πŸ™‚

Anyway, I think the guys in this morning’s photo posts look adorable in their hoodies, especially the young man in the upper photo. What a beautiful guy–great hair and skin and lovely facial features, definitely boyfriend material.

I went to be early last night because I was feeling tired and achy, and I grew bored watching last night’s NFL contest. I read for a half hour or so, then went to sleep, and I didn’t get up this morning till 10:30. I see my doctor Thursday about this sleeping-too-long syndrome I’ve experienced over the past six months, and I hope we’ll get to the bottom of the problem. Sleeping eleven or twelve hours makes no sense.

I have an easy day ahead of me. Right after lunch, I will drive into the city to visit the YMCA for a workout and lap-swimming session, my first time in a week, due to the air conditioning and boat issues I had to deal last week. I’m looking forward to getting physically active again.

Have a great Monday, everyone.

The amazing art of Gabriel Garbow ….

Hi, friends and readers:

I discovered watercolor artist Gabriel Garbow several years ago, when I came across some of his paintings online. The subjects of most of Garbow’s paintings are handsome young men, often wearing very little. Some depict two gay menΒ  making love. I have two Garbow watercolors in my bedroom, and every morning, when I look at them, they lift my spirits because they are so beautiful.

I tried taking a three-mile walk on the beach down the street, earlier this afternoon, but conditions down there were terrible. The tide was way up, the surf was rough, and the normally soft sand was instead a solid sheet of seashells, making barefoot walking way too uncomfortable. So I came back home.

Here’s another Garbow watercolor I really like. It’s titledΒ Boy with a Pillow.Β The model is exquisitely handsome, and I especially like the muted colors in the painting.

It’s getting close to four PM, and I spent a little time watching football earlier, but I can’t get all the excited about the games on TV today.

Okay, if you would like to see more of Garbow’s work, click on the button in the sidebar to the right here, and you can view dozens of his paintings.

Sexy Dylan Dauzat: cute but talentless ….

Hi, friends and readers:

When it comes to young men, it’s hard to find a cuter one than YouTube celebrity Dylan Dauzat, whom you see in today’s photo posts. He has everything going for him in the looks department–great hair and skin, lovely facial features, and a killer smile. Sadly, when it comes to talent, Dylan is totally lacking. πŸ™

Oh, well, at least we can enjoy his physical beauty, but I’m afraid he’ll be utterly forgotten my even his die hard fans, a few years from now. You can’t succeed entirely on looks, now can you?

Last night, I attended our island’s Halloween golf cart parade, with about twenty of my neighbors. The weather was exquisite and so was the sunset over the Gulf. The parade was brief, but fun, and afterward I went home to listen to music before dining on a simple dinner I prepared. I watched a little football while I dined, and after dinner I sat on my back porch for a bit before climbing into bed with a book. I was tired and achy after doing a bunch of yard work yesterday, and I probably fell asleep aroundΒ  ten PM. Yeah, call me Grandpa Martin.

It’s a pretty fall day, here on the island, and I’m gong to keep my day simple and relaxed. I plan to take a three-mile walk on the beach, right after lunch, and I have some light yard work to do on my patios. I will probably watch a little football and maybe play my guitar. I have leftovers for my dinner, and a nice bottle of white wine chilling in the fridge, so I am set.

Have a nice Sunday, friends.

Another guy getting naked in nature; a little football in store for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

Here’s another beautiful photo of a guy getting naked in nature, in this case, at the shore during sunset. Isn’t he amazing? Great hair and skin, and rippling abdominals. He’s perfection in my book. I wonder if he has a boyfriend?

I’m feeling weary after taking a three-mile walk on the beach, folding a large load of laundry, and planting two shrubs in my yard and patio. By the end, my back was aching and were my knees. Poor old Martin and his pains. πŸ™

Anyway, I am taking it easy this evening. Golf carts are big on my island, and about 40 neighbors are putting on a Halloween parade at 6:30 PM. Afterward, I’ll make myself dinner and watch a little football. Not a bad evening, eh?

Have a nice Saturday night, friends. πŸ™‚

Hot guys getting naked in nature; Martin’s loving his a/c ….

Hi, friends and readers:

It’s s funny how, given the opportunity, a young man who’s in a remote place, will shed his clothing and parade around in his birthday suit And why not? The feel of fresh air and sunshine on bare skin is delicious, and so is the freedom from restrictive clothing. Go for it, guys …. πŸ˜‰

I spent a pleasant evening with my good friend and neighbor yesterday, to further celebrate my birthday. He had a tasty pizza delivered to my door and we shared two bottles of wine while listening to music. What a good time …. πŸ™‚

Now, have a look at the shaggy-haired blond guy to the left here. I’m guessing that photo was taken somewhere in Hawaii. The colors are so vibrant, and he’s just beautiful, a great shot in every way. πŸ™‚

I slept in late this morning, savoring the coolness of my house after my a/c service was restored around six PM yesterday. My system was down six miserable days, and it feels so good to have things cool and dry again. Sometimes we don’t appreciate a creature comfort we have until we lose it for a spell.

I don’t have much planned for my Saturday. I’m doing a large load of laundry right now. I will take a three-mile walk on the beach for some exercise, right after lunch. And I have editing and revision work to do on my soon-to-be-published novel, a 350-page monster I am really proud of. Have a nice Saturday, everyone. πŸ™‚
