Skinny guys in a-shirts; busy afternoon in store for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

Ever notice how a simple a-shirt can flatter a skinny guy’s body, even if his arms are toothpick thin? As long as he has broad shoulders, he can carry off the look quite well, like our friend to the left here. He’s such a handsome guy. I like his wavy dark hair and sensual lips. And his red a-shirt sets off his coloring perfectly. Definitely boyfriend material. 😉

I spent a quiet evening at home yesterday, dining on baked salmon and watching a little television. After dinner, I spoke on the phone with friends and made some plans for the upcoming weekend. Then I crawled into bed with my James Baldwin book and read for a while before drifting into dreamland. I woke at eight this morning and, right after breakfast, spent two hours writing fresh material for my novel-in-progress. It’s coming along quiet well, and I like the main characters.

Now, have a look at Mr. Slender to the left here. Another example of how a skinny guy can get away with wearing an a-shirt. Who’d pass up a date with him?

I have a busy afternoon ahead of me, with plenty of time spent in the car, going to appointments in different parts of the city. Instead of driving home afterward, I’ll go to my best friend’s house, where I will run two miles in a park near his house. Then I’ll shower and we’ll spend the evening together, drinking a few beers and dining on takeout. I think we’ll probably get our food from a Greek place we really like, it’s always tasty.

All right, I have some things to get done around here before I have lunch, so I will close this post by wishing all of you a terrific Thursday, wherever you might be today. And keep smiling, it’s important.
