Another guy, fast asleep; productive day for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

How’d you like to come upon Mr. Sexy to the left here, when he was snoozing. I’ll bet you’d stand there and watch him for a while. I know I would. 😉

It’s been a good and productive day for me. I got a lot done in the writing department, and my visit with my doctor went well, although he’s not quite sure why I’ve been sleeping so much. My thyroid level came back high from my recent lab work, and he thinks I may have picked up a virus during my South and Central American cruise that is temporarily affecting my thyroid. I’ll have it tested again in three months. Otherwise, I am fine.

Not much in store for my Tuesday evening. I’ll dine on tasty leftovers, and watch the last part of my Netflix rental. Then I’ll climb into bed and read for a while. That’s all fine with me, as I don’t feel like any sort of excitement tonight.

Have a good Tuesday evening, friends.

Guys fast asleep; gloomy day on the island ….

Hi, friends and readers:

There’s something quite sensual about walking into a room and finding a young man fast asleep, especially when he’s not wearing much.

In college, I had roommates who liked to nap during the daytime, including a guy named John who shared a room with me at my fraternity house for a year. He was a sexy guy and he liked sleeping naked. I’d be studying at my desk, and I’d steal glances at John while he snoozed away, oblivious to my lust for him. John, where are you now?

I was up at nine this morning, and right after breakfast I spent 2-1/2 hours editing my novel-in-progress, which is coming along nicely. In order to produce a polished story, I have to go over everything several times, to spot typos, clunky sentences, redundancies, and so forth. It’s time consuming but necessary.

I just finished lunch, and an hour from now I will drive into the city to visit my primary care doctor for my semi-annual checkup. I had labs done about ten days ago, and he’ll review those with me, as well as doing a simple physical exam. At my age, it’s important I do this every six months. And I like my doctor; I don’t mind going to see him.

When I get home, I’ll take a two-mile run for some exercise. Outside, conditions are still, warm and overcast, which is actually perfect weather for running. Have a nice Tuesday, everyone. And don’t forget to take a nap if you’re feeling tired. Your roommate will love you for it. 😉
