Boys and swimming pools; beautiful morning on the island ….

Hi, friends and readers:

Swimming pools have always been a part of my life. I learned to swim when I was five years old, and as a boy and a teenager I was in the water all the time. Of course, I always enjoyed looking at cute guys who swam with me. I liked the way their bodies looked with water streaming down their limbs. Yummy …. 😉

BTW, the boy in the upper photo is Vince Kowalski, a model from Alaska who has since uglified his amazing body with an array of tattoos that make him look like a low-life. Vince, how could you?

I spent last night by myself, dining on tasty leftovers and watching a Netflix rental, but I wasn’t halfway through the film when my eyelids drooped and I climbed into bed with a book. I was tired from spending three days at my fishing camp and all that such a trip entails. I did a lot of bending and lifting, a lot of hauling heavy objects, and I spent entirely too much time in the sun, which really takes the energy out of me.

Anyway, I slept like a sack of rocks last night and didn’t wake up until 9:30 this morning. Now I am finishing my breakfast and I’ve already made a few phone calls to take care of matters that arose over the weekend. In about a half hour I will put on my tennis shoes and take a three-mile walk, here on the island, for some exercise. Outside, it’s a perfect day–73 degrees, sunny and breezy. When I return, I will enjoy a quick breakfast, and then I’ll drive into town to visit the YMCA for a full workout and a lap-swimming session.

Have a nice Monday, everyone.
