Hot boys from Indiana University; busy day for Martin ….

Hi, friends and readers:

As you can see from their backward ball caps, the boys in today’s photo posts are students from Indiana University, and aren’t they cute? I was at the campus many years ago, inΒ  Bloomington, but I didn’t see any boys who looked like these two. Maybe I went to the wrong places. πŸ™

I’m in the midst of a busy day. I had an early appointment for a dental cleaning. Then I visited a plant nursery to buy a new shrub I’ll plant in my front yard this weekend. Right after lunch I have a meeting with an interior design studio to discuss creation of custom window valances and throw pillows for my guest room/sun porch. I’m not good at this sort of thing, so I’ll need to rely on their good taste.

Once I am done at the designer’s, I have bills to pay and correspondence to take care of. Around four PM I will take a two-mile run, here on the island, for some exercise. Then, at 5:30 PM I will drive into the city to spend the evening with my oldest friend. We’ll drink a few beers and dine on takeout for our dinner. It’s a weekly ritual I always enjoy.

By the way, if you follow this site, then you know it crashed after being sabotaged by someone in Russia, back in January. The site came back up for a week or so in May, then went back down. Now it’s been up and running again for about ten weeks. When the crash occurred in January, I had about 3,000 visits per day on the site. Ten weeks ago, when the site went back up, my daily visits had dwindled to about two hundred. πŸ™ But I am pleased to say that yesterday I had over 700 visitors, and hopefully I’ll hit the 1,000 mark pretty soon. Thanks to everyone who stuck with the site during its problems. πŸ™‚

All right, it’s time for lunch, so I will close this post by wishing all of you a wonderful Thursday. Enjoy yourself, wherever you are. πŸ™‚
